What I like to offer in each class is a personal experience for you to embrace and celebrate where you are. My approach to teaching yoga is to bring kindness and a sense of curiosity to the body. All my classes encourage a deep sense of connection to self, and connection to the rhythms of nature, the seasons, and cycles of the moon.
My personal yoga journey started over 20 years ago, practising with various teachers and yoga traditions. In 2006 -2008, I completed my 200hr Dru Yoga teacher training followed with further teaching qualifications in Dru Dance, Yogi You for young people, and Pregnancy Yoga. I have attended workshops and trained with Shiva Rea in London, France and Santorini, and with Diane Long (who was a student of Vanda Scaravelli). In 2012, I trained as a Bach Flower Remedies practitioner with Healing Herbs in London.
I have been teaching for 12 years in a variety of settings such as schools, colleges and community venues, as well as leading regular workshops and retreats.
